CONCEPT:
International Maritime Signal Flags - used for navigation as well as way finding throughout the store.
OBJECTIVE:
Design a supermarket with beneficial circulation and way finding. Incorporate some kind of technology to assist customers during their visit.
SOLUTION:
A concept was chosen to fit the surrounding area. It is used throughout the space as way finding and signaling of what each area consists of in the store.

Through a nautical design Maritime Market wanted to relate the feel of their design with the surrounding wharf and Newport’s history of sailing. Through imagery of different maritime signals, colors, finishes, and materials, Maritime market created a very thoughtful design that is easy for customers to move through and find what products they need.
